Re: Is he coming or what ???

This is only an issue because of the leaks and press speculation. The club are going about doing their business and I would rather they took their time and got it right rather than see another Hock or Heck situation.

Three World Cup stars Leeds could target

http://motforum.com/images/th/ellandroad_night.png After again missing out on a spot in the play-offs this past Championship campaign, and subsequently furthering their long-standing stay below the dizzy heights of the Premier League, Leeds United are expected to strengthen this summer. In the summ...

Classic Match: Everton 2-3 Leeds, August 25th 1990

http://www.motforum.com/images/th/southall.png When Leeds were crowned the final winners of the ‘old’ First Division in 1992, the point at which the title was won seems obvious. That unforgettable April afternoon at Bramall Lane, when Rod Wallace scored the decisive goal in a 3-2 victory , has gone...

A Look Back at Leeds United’s Premier League Years

http://www.motforum.com/images/th/ellandroad_night.png Having been the last League Champions of the old era, Leeds United kicked off the age of the Premier League with high hopes. However, a disastrous 1992/93 season saw them survive relegation by the skin of their teeth and the next few seasons we...

Ideguchi's World Cup Gamble

http://www.motforum.com/images/th/ideguchi2.png Victor Orta’s transfer policy last season may have seemed like a bit of a gamble. Some signings worked out, some (Ok many of them) didn’t work out at all. But that is true just as much for the individual players as it is the football club. With so man...

Re: Tommy Robinson in prison.

So what exactly are you referring to? If you are accusing me of insulting someone then back it up with evidence, or don`t come forward with such claims in the first place. Or is this forum of similar nature as the English free press...free speach and so on. It was the numpty comment. I'm not here t...

Not the first time you have resorted to personal insults when people disagree with you. Can you cut it out please?

Tough call, goes forth edges it.

Always been more a fan of the third. Doesn’t get the credit it deserves in my opinion. Fourth stole it’s thunder somewhat.

Quite surprised we don't have more comments from people on here?? Everyone happy with what is going on then???? :bear: It's a football forum, people probably interested in posting about football more. There is a trial going on here any anything that could prejudice the trial and see it thrown out o...

Re: Gino R.I.P

Unfortunately even in the ‘Future of the forum’ thread Gino had to try and stir things up. On that occasion he was given the benefit of the doubt. After a self-imposed absence he yet again returned with the sole intention of stirring things up. Gino has been a great contributor to this forum in the ...

Thanks - I still find it odd
It is, and I can't find out much more about it, possibly a 'development' squad game rather than a first team game.

Re: Listed friendly - Benfica v Leeds, is it for real?

Benfica are returning to St George’s Park for part of their preseason preparation work, report O Jogo on Wednesday. The Portuguese giants have had similar plans previously, although the first time they cancelled at the last minute, after agreeing big money US friendlies, and sent their B team inste...

Re: The Tinkerman?

With Leicester he was given a great foundation on the pitch built by Nigel Pearson. With us he would inherit a bit of a shambles.

I'm not sure how he would deal with that task but it would be an appointment with ambition.
