Re: So the reward for our pampered players is...

Different scenery, clear the mind, do some outdoor training, come back with clear focus.

Re: Gianni Alioski

Dallas has been been decent this season, should be given a change in my opinion. Gives more balance, does as much defending as attacking generally.

Sacko, shouldnt be anywhere near a football pitch.

Re: Good/Bad

When we are on the front foot, firing on all cylinders, flying we are a threat to anyone.

We dont play like that all the time though, we often start slowly and our defence is full of mistakes.

Millwall: Our season summed up in one game

http://www.motforum.com/images/th/ellandroad_night.png Yesterday’s game versus Millwall was a rollercoaster of emotions; frustration, misery, hope, joy and ultimately disappointment all in one match. The lifelong emotions of being a Leeds United fan condensed into one afternoons worth of football. ...

Nick-named ”Hurry, Hurry” in his native country, he came from the poverty of township life in South Africa to sta...

Is Football the Same as Soccer or Different?

http://www.motforum.com/images/th/gridiron.png When you ask the question, “What is football?” you’ll get two different answers depending on where you are in the world. If you’re in North America, you’ll get an answer about American Football. If you’re in Europe you’ll get an answer about Soccer. Bo...

Sounds like rubbish to me!

And as for Radz, I suspect there is some serious $$$ behind him somewhere.

Re: VAR System

I think ig ruvby, cricket, tennis etc they have worked with it for years and its now clear at what moments it can and should be used in.

Football officials are still not sure of this and it will only come in time.

We are just outside the pay-offs.

I really do think the teams that push on and get in there towards the end of the season recruit in January and push on.

Re: First Matchday at ER

Not sure if you know of the violent history between the 2 clubs MW, well this year the restrictions on them as been lifted and they are rumoured to be bringing around 1500 fans, many on the trains, especially the nutters. My advice would be to get away from the train station and toward the ground a...

Happy Birthday Eddie Gray

In the late 60's and early 70's, he punished the best defenders in Europe, scoring 68 goals in his 19 years as a Leeds player... None of them better than his brace against Burnley at El...

Re: Temperature in Missouri tonight

Our company is owned by a Canadian firm. Always feel a bit of a wuss when I'm on conference calls complaining about temperatures of 0C and telling them the country has come to a standstill because of an inch of snow. Over there the schools don’t close until it gets to -35C.
