Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 17th July)

Obviously i can't speak from experience on that front mate, but in any profession you've got two types - mates who will throw you under a bus for the sake of their careers, and mates who will stand by you or at the very least not turn against you. To me Pablo's reponse is a shrug in word form, cert...

I'm more towards CJays rational thinking regarding Phillips who had a good not great season last season with the promise of better to come rather tan 64's assertion he's a future England stud

If it hadn't gone for overthrows would it have scored 1 or 2 runs?

Re: What a day for sport ?

As the rule stands though if the ball had gone to a fielder it would have just been the 2 runs as no overthrow, also if they had run 3 and it didn't get to the boundary they would have scored 5 runs ...

Re: What a day for sport ?

Doesn't mention deflection though does it which leaves it open to interpretation. It should be a dead ball tbf.

Re: What a day for sport ?

The decision to decide the result on boundary hitting is a result of the influence of T20. Countback was always the way to decide and for me it is far fairer. How can hitting boundaries be rated as superior to taking wickets? It makes no sense. Now to add to the fun we learn that the umpires made a...

Re: 2019/20 Transfer Rumours & Discussion Thread

Burnley supposedly interested in Klich and Roofe which for me would be a much bigger loss than Pontus and Clarke...Doubt it's has much in the way of legs but the value for both would be around 10m imo and would cost us double to add players of equal ability

Fulham sign Wolves winger Ivan Cavaleiro on loan (why were we not in for him).

Fulham also contact Brighton over Anthony Knockhaert.
Costa, Hernandez, Harrison, Alioski, Clarke, Shackleton, Stevens ..others. Maybe why

Re: 2019/20 Transfer Rumours & Discussion Thread

As it stands we lost one first team starter from last season, and that one may not have been a starter this had he stayed. We've added a 15M pound player while adding around 15 M in fees back..that's top class work to this point Could all go tits up but so far so good Thought it amusing when "Leeds ...

Re: Match Thread - Guiseley AFC v Leeds Utd (Thu 11th July)

Something has been not right with Clarke for a while now..Not sure if it's confidence or the fact he's become easy to defend but he's not in Harrison's class atm ..Still think there's a good player there, but as it stands he will have to battle to make the bench

Just the one source and from yesterday, I'm going to wait and see. Way to much disinformation out there both positive and negative for me to pay it much attention
