Re: Happy Birthday barryanorak (58)

Morning all.

Annual (ish) post, thanking you for the salutation.

Been a big year, as I resigned my main occupation back in September. Am now enjoying a much better work/life balance.

Still can't find the time to visit ER, mind you.

Re: Happy Birthday : barryanorak (57)

Morning all.

Thank you, as ever.

Working all day today, so celebrations postponed until Wednesday... (we move a lot of significant events in our house!)

Still, mustn't grumble!

Been stupidly busy for the last couple of years. But am now looking to retire in the next 18 months or less.

Keeping going. How's you?

Re: Crysencio Summerville- Silencer of Anfield

Very strange. He missed a sitter for 1-1 v Leicester, then scores 3 in a row. Certainly getting better with every game. That's why you play young players in the first team and not u21s to improve them. Random post... Is the final goal in the Fulham game turning out to be the most important of...

So you witnessed the potential of young Joe Gelhardt?
Becca's in Manchester, Em's in London. Both Masters graduates...

And yes, Joe was a bit special that day

Re: Your Favourite Scottish Team Now Or In Decades Gone By?

We're both surviving & well, mate, How is your family? The last couple of years haven't been great for all of us. I feel for the NHS workers :( Liz 'retired' a couple of years ago, she now has a jewellery making business. The girls are both well, and in gainful employment. Which is nice... Mana...

I still follow Stenhousemuir for exactly the same reason - and I found it hard to believe how few people they got in a 'crowd'!

From what I understand, it's one member of the coaching staff.

So the answer to the question is 'none'.

I may, of course, be wrong.

Re: Could Leeds United be crowned champions without kicking another ball?

Let's assume no more games are possible in the regular season... Leeds, WBA promoted. Hard to argue with that. It only takes three games for the play offs to be decided (make the first ties a single match/leg...) Even the EFL should be able to arrange for three games to be played to settle the third...

In addition, if the Forest players were asymptomatic (which, by definition, they will have been) they will test negative. The test is positive only a couple of days after the infection develops, not during the incubation phase...
