It was proven to be a wrong decision.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2024 10:26 pm Credit to Farke. Except I think he needed a bit of time. Remember him dropping him after he'd served his red card ban. In fairness, I don't think we all realized how good Rodon was until after he came back from that suspension.

Re: Ethan Ampadu
Couldn't agree more with all of this. It's a true toss up for me between Amps and Rodon in terms of the best pound-for-pound player and deal we got. Ethan might just edge Joe for the simply fact that he's fully ours and Joe is a loan. In terms of on the field production, stability, leadership, etc....

Re: Ethan Ampadu
At the highest level, hopefully meaning us in the premier league, I think Ampadu has to play as a defensive mid. He's really dynamic and talented. Perfect anchor man for filling in across all defensive positions. And he uses the ball really well going forward. Like I said on Rodon, he would have be...

Re: Joe Rodon
No one had commented on Joe's immense display last night, goes without saying I suppose! I noted Rodon made 5 defensive headed clearances, 2 blocks, 1 tackle & one sublime piece of defending + clearance. He also flicked on a header offensively, creating a chance for the Welsh. Solid as a rock ag...

Album, arrived today here in the Wolds. I’m four years late to this party, but I’m so glad I finally arrived. Jeff Parker’s Suite For Max Brown is nothing short of brilliant. A coming together of jazz, hip hop, experimental sound collages, and an almost futurist psychedelia that brings to mind the b...

Both Gnonto and Geo out and Watford have a very good chance. Let’s see how the worst case scenario looks Meslier Gray Byram Ampadu ( back in midfield) Rodon Cooper James Kamala Piroe Bamford Summerville We’re down to one creative player I’d assume would be the focus of the Watford defence, still a ...

We live down a narrow country lane as you well know Leon. When I'm out walking I see women pushing a pushchair, dog on a lead, headphones in and looking at their phones with not a care in the world. We have cars speeding (20 mph speed limit). I fear for these folks kids and dogs because you sure wo...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 27th March) Wales heartache and the knock on effect for Leeds
On the channel I was watching - after Neco Williams scored the 4th the camera panned to the Welsh player huddle. DJ looked white and was clearly bricking it, straight away I had the suspicion that he was taking the 5th. Horrible situation to be in as it is sudden death after they scored their 5th. ...
