Re: Health and Safety, Indian railway style

Never been to India mate and can't imagine the state of a train like that. There's allegedly 23 million rail passengers per day in India so it's unimaginable except, obviously, to you in amongst your travels and travails. A few guys I used to work with in London were steam loco fans and actually tra...

Health and Safety, Indian railway style

All the people who complain about railway travel in the U.K. really ought to see how the other half lives!

'elf 'n safety in the U.K. would have a cow if faced with anything like this.

Re: LUFC to play pre season friendly in Australia

Australia, 24+million people in the 6th largest country by area, makes it pretty sparsely populated except for the big cities.
I don't know how most Australian fans get to other teams grounds, although I imagine there has to be a mix of public and private transportation just like most other countries.

England vs Croatia

Was that a little revenge for our WC semi-final exit? I don't suppose it matters but it was nice to see England win again after that excellent win over the Spaniards last time out.

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 19th Nov)

I quite liked Grayson and he definitely wasn't backed by Bates - hell he seemed to sell half the team to Norwich, leaving Grayson impotent. We certainly had some shockers after Larry but Monk steadied us a bit. There's no question he'd have sorted out the defence.

This is absolute must win and we will. Time to the Baggies game behind us.
Leeds 2 v 0 Bristol City (Roofe, Klich)
Hopefully a better ending to an international break - I agree with you Chilli, 2-1 Douglas and Roofe.
