Re: What's on the menu tonight ladies 'n' gentlemen !

And how do you find that system works Ducky? A couple of years ago I cut out night time chocolate and crisps, went to a 1500 cals a day and lost two stone. I then gradually allowed myself a non counting day, Sunday. I maintained the same weight, so then allowed a non counting Saturday as well to se...

eg2g n chips tonight with loads of bread n butter .sod the calories.
I love egg and chips. I make low calorie chips though. Tinned potatoes sliced up, into a pan sprayed with one cal oil and heat on medium 10 mins per side. They brown nicely, taste yummy and are a lot less calories :)

Re: What's on the menu tonight ladies 'n' gentlemen !

Monday to Friday strict calorie count. Sat/Sun I eat whatever I want, so this evening I had ricotta and spinach cannelloni with rocket, tomatoes, cucumber and radishes. Enough calories left for a couple of glasses of white and a bag of nibbles :)

Re: What's on the menu tonight ladies 'n' gentlemen !

That is the nearest chippie to us.. the nearest take away is at Porton Down, and is a 15 mile round trip.. Wow. That's quite a way to have to drive hector. We live in a Suffolk village are are lucky to have a Chinese takeaway 1 min drive away, and an Indian takeaway in the next village about 5 mins...

Re: Leeds Utd v Birmingham City Match Thread

FT - 1-2 But a good performance from us in the end, couple of errors cost us. A couple of off performances and 4 first teamers out. Fought to the end, dominated possession and field position. Created some good half chances. Saiz was the MOTM on either side and you can't often say that in a losing c...

Needs to be at least 6 minutes added time
We're running out of time. I keep reminding myself that scum won the European Cup in extra time, and City won the Premier league title in extra time...both with 2 goals. Come on Leeds, get one goal and I think we'll score another....

Re: Leeds Utd v Birmingham City Match Thread

I feel that if we can stop them scoring another, get one ourselves, we'll get something out of it. Just don't want them to score again
