They absolutely should ban him. If I bit someone at work I'd be sacked and rightly so.

It'd be such a shame if he's thrown away a good carrer for nothing.Twiggster wrote:
I follow all the U.18's and Development Squad games on LUTV. Some live, some highlights. He is a class player for his age - rated highly by his coaches and we've had several Prem clubs sniffing for him.

Guy Gavriel Kay tops the list especially the Fionavar Tapestry Katherine Kerrs' 15 book Deverry Cycle is magnificently complex Tad Williams produced the finest trilogy in fantasy in Memory Sorrow and Thorn (outside of LOTR) and the Shadowmarch series is probably closest in style to GOT but for me m...

Re: O/T - The movies / Television thread
I haven't read them but a lot of people have said reading the books makes the series better to watch as it fleshes out the character's back stories that they don't have time to put into the program. I might have to pick them up when I get through my massive backlog of books waiting to be read.

Re: O/T - The movies / Television thread
Game of Thrones is back, for those watching that brilliant show  I'm a big GoT fan. Although I accidently posted a big spoiler on here a few months back so I won't talk about the plot. I like to wait for it to come out on Blu Ray as if I watch it on TV I hate waiting a week for the next ep...

Re: Birmingham v Leeds - Team/Reports/Ratings
It seems the higher up the leagues you go the worse it gets. Our local team here are Forest Green Rovers who are in the Blue Square Premier and you get home and away fans stood together having a chat. Also Cheltenham are my other nearest club (league 2) and I went to the Tottenham cup game last seas...

Ha ha  I put the microwave on the other day for 2 minutes to do some fries to go and when I opened the microwave i'd forgotten to put them in  :bear: Haha good work BB. I often flick the kettle on to come back a couple of minutes later to realise its not plugged in (my microwave, kettle ...

Re: O/T Journeys to Work
I don't drive so assuming I'm on a 9-5 shift I get the bus at 7:20am to get in and 5:40pm to get home. The journey itself is about 45 minuted.
I quit my current job for one about 10 mins walk from my house though. Can't wait to start on 29th April.

Re: Bomb blast - Breaking!
I'm sorry I don't understand your meaning?
My comment was just to express that it's sad after recent terrorist events that someone originating from a certain area of the world is instantly suspected of a terrorist act just by being there despite probably being completely innocent.

Re: Bomb blast - Breaking!
I read a story about how a Saudi student who was chased down, tackled and arrested after the blast because he ran away from the scene. The scene of a horrific explosion that everyone was running away from... Typical "the man with the tan who did it "attitude.

Young Sam for me too, lets hope he doesn't get his head turned this summer and decides to stick around. He will develop much better playing first team football all season rather than going to Citeh's reserves and maybe playing a cup game or 2. Then again like other people have said money talks and I...
