I'd rather watch my own execution. £30 million to stage, when millions in this country go hungry.

Re: Summer Transfers and Squad Discussion

I thought BPF was excellent tbh, not sure I'm that happy training up a player for another team either, 1 year loan with an option to buy would be my minimum. Much prefer Gunn and BPF as my two keeping options to Felix and Lonners  We would certainly have made big strides in that dept over a 12...

Norwich's keeper last season. A year older than BPF ... conceded 60 last season
He was excellent though, will be a PL keeper in due course. Very solid, does everything well and little wrong. I'd take him without hesitation.

No upsetting me at all Norfolk. I expected most would go for London Calling.

I enjoy being in a minority 8-) Sandinista is a much more varied album
I know you're not really that easily upset :)

Re: The Music Discussion Thread - Your favourite Pink Floyd albums ?

No, to be honest I don't rate it. I did try with the Earthquake Weather album in the late 80's but no it left me a bit cold and I never liked The Mescaleros phase either. Mind you, to be fair I never rated Mick Jones's efforts with BAD either. The Clash were a great band, but the individual members...

Booo. I am still alive! I just haven't logged in for ages. I have been busy with Marching Out Together. Been filming with Gareth Thomas for the BBC at Elland Rd, Talking to Angus Kinnear two weeks ago (yes I gave him my thoughts on that particular amateurish display). Working on two projects with h...

I much prefer 'Amused To Death' Norfolk
Both good albums, surprised we don't have a nomination for a Waters album in our League.

So should we remain in the Championship? The PL doesn`t sound like the promised land.

Re: The Music Discussion Thread - Your favourite Pink Floyd albums ?

So before I head onto the next band on today's playlist Cat, Faaip, Gandi, Hector, John & myself are the true Floyd fans on here ? Must confess to not being a PF aficionado but if you're widening it out to Roger Waters - Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking is one of my faves (and another one for a decent ...

Got to admire a guy who can earn that kind of money for doing so little. Greed runs our world, but it has a special hold on football... There was an interesting piece on Sky the other night where Bellamy was discussing the workings of the Academies and in particular the economics of it. He was sayi...

Anyone know anything about this guy...seems to be our new striker. (If he`s our new Nr. 1 striker I have my doubts after watching some of his goals on Youtube. Not exactly a great goal per game ratio either.) (And Sacko: Leeds United winger Hadi Sacko has hinted that he could be leaving the club th...

Evening Norfolk, I always liked Grayson. Gutted Bates did not invest at the time. He could have made himself a legend.
Yep - could probably have pushed on with a bit of cash......sound familiar :duno:
