Re: Leeds United v Bolton Wanderers - League Cup, Official matchday thread

I was watching the game and i saw many players play well for being a reserve team! Shackleton and Pearce played just as good as anyone else! For youngsters they are technically great, great prospects for the future! Yep - of those who hadn’t started in the league all looked more than capable of com...

Re: Leeds United v Bolton Wanderers - League Cup, Official matchday thread

Got stretched second half and we gave them a sniff, Baker looked full of running for the 90 and Shackleton did well, Bamford took his goal well but looked a few weeks short of being at full throttle.

great run from Shackleton, ball across the face of the goal, nobody there.
Deserved a touch in that cross.

Blackman not had loads to do but has been confident and seems to have good positional sense, can see him forcing his way to no1 over the season.

Re: Leeds United v Bolton Wanderers - League Cup, Official matchday thread

Totally dominant first half, another couple of decent chances gone begging and what looked like a defo pen turned down.
Saiz class and making us tick, like the look of Shackleton at FB, doing a great job against two big units in Wildschuk and Donaldson.

Re: Mega Favourite Song Poll Round 8

As you may realise I love King Gizzard, unbelievable live band but they do lose a little bit of edge at festivals, perform better in front of their 'own crowd' but please check them out. Don't know much about the under card this year but did she Joan As A Police Woman a few years back and they were...

Re: Mega Favourite Song Poll Round 9 - VOTE NOW

Looking at the line up I'd want to take in Mount Kimbie if poss, been a fan for a while. PSB too. After that I'm a little out of my depth because don't do a lot of British indie it's not my thing PSB are on Thursday night which is usually a bit quieter so should be a good watch, saw them there a fe...

Re: Derby County versus Leeds United Official match day thread

Didn't catch the game Saturday (I was at the Test match so don't feel too sorry!). Great reading all the positive comments in what seemed like another tremendous team performance. Amazing what a change of manager can do for players, just hope we can maintain this style of play for the duration of a ...
