Re: Spying Accusation - EFL Ve

Club have accepted the punishment and will not contest the decision.

Seems OTT to me but I guess we draw a line under the whole thing and move on.

Re: This has to be good news

Sounds like he’s been moved on as he is not leaving for anything else, about time - never understood how he got the gig in the first place after that shenanigans when Bates was around. Odious man.

Re: How can we compete?

Had this exact discussion with some mates (Norwich fans) yesterday, a club like us has got to want to be in the PL otherwise it’s the merry go round of managers and selling our best talent for ever and a day. The Wolves achievement seems to be the best we could aim for and shouldn’t be beyond our re...

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

Ayling had the highest pass accuracy (95%) on the pitch, completing 42/44 passes. I’m with you - don’t think Ayling was as bad as the stick he is getting. Not at his best but not as bad as some are making out. Also think Harrison was still by and large poor. Rewatched the goal and it was well taken...

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

We bossed that game, switched off far too early. When Mcburnie came on he was pulling players higher up the pitch and put more pressure on us, but never looked troubled. The penalty from Ayling was criminal, he really needs to pull the finger out, Berardi and even Dallas would be better options at ...

Yes, a great win, albeit a bit too close for comfort towards the end. Thanks guys for your great company as usual. Off to fill up the wine glass and calm down with a nice TV drama....cheers all....
Likewise Swannie, you can now chill and enjoy the wine and non-footballing drama ;-)

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

FT - 2 - 1
Made that much harder than it should have been at the end with a silly penalty and us not really being clinical enough again after plenty of decent posession.

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

Roberts hauled down for what would have been a certain yellow, ref plays on - no real advantage, and then forgets all about the first tackle.....poor ref.

Ayling breaks forward well on a 1-2 but is given offside, must have been tight.

Re: Leeds Utd v Swansea City Match Thread

Patient approach play and Pablo works himself an opening but a decent strike goes just over.
