First championship game I'm missing as we've been invited to a charity ball in Shrewsbury :(
Wouldn't want to be missing the top of the table clash, can't you claim a mystery illness

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 14th Jan)

Afternoon all Such a shame about the young lad and it puts everything into perspective, when we're worrying over a signing or a win a family out there are mourning the loss of a young lad cruelly taken away from them. I'm hoping the keeper signs, after our last outing though I am not worried if it i...

Re: Millwall v Leeds Utd Match Thread

I can’t see us losing this one, we managed well against Boro who are just a far more skilled version of Millwall

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 3rd Sept)

As possibly one of the cross boarders referred to guys, it's worth saying that like in art, music, football and posting on forums, life without the odd disruptive influence becomes boring and leads to long-term erosion and ultimate decline. Picasso was a non-conformist. Be open to the Bielsa effect...

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 3rd Sept)

The aggravation on forums can be very unsettling not only personally but for the rest of a sites members, people shouldn't have to tread on eggshells to accommodate troublemakers. Glad all is well over there & on here now Richard  Agreed  Like you said on another thread, good to see peopl...

They’re a good bunch, just like those on here, I just had to stick with what I thought was best and remain honest. Relieved it’s settled now though

Re: Next Six Games....

How many points from our next six games? Millwall (a) Preston (h) Birmingham (h) Sheff Wed (a) Hull (a) Brentford (h) I’ll go for 10 points, Millwall is a bit of a bogey team for us at their ground, I’m going for one point. Two wins at home against Preston and B Ham then a defeat or one point at th...

Re: New Signings Review

Douglas the Championship signing of the decade when you consider the price we paid for him, nearly as criminal as the French guy we sold to Manchester. Bamford is a competent replacement for Roofe (never thought I’d be uttering that line). Harrison I wanted to see him replace Alioski but he hasn’t g...

Re: Leeds v Preston. Team,news,reports.

A DM to replace Phillips? Or a DM to come in to be cover ..not forgetting we have Forshaw too and he probably needs to go in the first team as soon as he's ready. In place of who though? Would be pretty harsh and foolish to drop Klich or Phillips, our starting 11 against Norwich work great as a tea...

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Tue 28th Aug)

Morning all...

No particular order I’m most impressed with:

Berardi - Many thought his days were numbered, he plays CB and has done well
Klich - After being dumped on his ass he has come back firing
Roofe - Either totally transformed or a coach playing him to his strengths, either way well done

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 27th Aug)

Agree with you Richard, never imagined we'd have 13 points from our first 5 games when I initially saw our fixture list. I fancy us against Boro', it's important we don't lose the game. Then we have a trip to Millwall Millwall bothers me, a bit of a bogey team and they’ll play physical and long bal...

Re: The Bodyguard

I've been binge watching Billions on Sky Box Sets, two more to go and I have caught up. I'm usually months behind everyone else when new stuff comes out, Broadchurch aired it's final episode before I got around to watching Series 1 Episode 1

Re: The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Mon 27th Aug)

Afternoon all... In regards to the possession figures it’s good, whilst we have the ball we are expending less energy. In regards to the Norwich win, that for me was the difference between promotion top 6 hopefuls and genuine contenders. 7 points from Derby, Swansea and Norwich, we were all worried ...
