Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 29th March) - Does Bamford have a future at Leeds as he nears 60 goals

Regarding Ipswich, I think if anyone is likely to do us a favour it will be Norwich. A guy I cycle with is an Ipswich season ticket holder and when I spoke to him last weekend he said Ipswich would finish third (he said we would win it) and he's dreading the play offs because it is likely they would...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Friday 29th March)

59 goals scored, 23rd in our all time top scorers. If you look at goals per game for players who have scored 50 goals or more he's 19th on the list with 0.326 goals per game. Lorimer, our top scorer, is at 0.337 goals per game. Is Bamford criminally underrated by our fans? Possibly but he could and...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 28th March) Surgery rules duo out for remainder of season

Was a nice bloke. He talked about going to see a friendly at the start of Bielsa’s reign. Was it Southend?? He was stunned. He said anyone who could get Ayling & Phillips to pass a ball further than 5 metres must be a genius 😁 I was at the Southend v Leeds game when we were in League 1. Sat rig...

Re: England International Matches

Glad to see Ukraine made it and Russia didn't. Stain on your reign Putin. Chuckle. Seriously though a few new names make it interesting. We need to win the group, make sure we avoid the big names until the later rounds. France will start favourites I expect but we have a very good chance of at leas...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 28th March) Surgery rules duo out for remainder of season

A draw between Ipswich and Southampton is definitely the best result so they both drop points but failing that, a Southampton win. Disappointing for Pascal that his season is over but its the right decision to get it sorted now once and for all. We will need him next season whatever league we are in...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thursday 27th March) Wales heartache and the knock on effect for Leeds

I had time to have a read a few threads last night - the general chat thread made me laugh. What was all that about ??? I am just sticking to the football - the other threads are a minefield and I rarely tread carefully - best to stay clear. I'm the same DDB, I can't be bothered with all the petty ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wednesday 27th March) Wales heartache and the knock on effect for Leeds

The dilemma for DF is whether to go with a Cresswell/ Cooper CB combination for the Watford game and save Rodon and Ampadu for Monday. I expect both will say they want to play. Good to hear Joseph scored again, he's really starting to knock on the starting 11 door now. I expect him to get more minut...

Not sure to be honest, good player who doesn't seem to be playing in the 21's atm ...I'd assume a long injury or series of injuries
According to the Internet he is still with us but has no stats for the 23/24 season so far so must have a long term injury

She's from Romania Jay. As Farage succinctly put it on Question Time once 'You wouldn't want them living next door to you ,would you?' I once had a small paving job in Battersea a long time ago. Tiny backyard ,but full of dog s**t . They didn't even have the decency to clear it up before I started....

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Monday 25th March)

As I said elsewhere, six wins from our final eight games will give us 100 points and I'm convinced that will be enough for top 2. So, I think we have the luxury of being able to lose two games but obviously rather we didn't lose any and we cruise to promotion. Having so many players playing internat...
