Re: Bolton v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Whats this rubbish about Klich ?! Under pressure my @r$*

Brown wont be ready to start for at least another 2 or 3 weeks ; one thing playing an U23 game, another starting a championship game after 11 months out.

Re: FA cup

It’s not either Leon. The match is not actually being shown by a UK Broadcaster. Apparently the FA signed a new broadcast contract with overseas television which means a substantial amount of games can be switched for foreign tv. http://www.thefa.com/news/2018/dec/06/fa-cup-on-tv-third-round-061218 ...

Re: Lewis Cook

Feel for the lad, great shame as he was just beginning to really bed in to the team on a consistent basis. Hope he makes a swift recovery and is back to he's best in no time.

Re: Cooper and Dallas out for 4-6 weeks

What about changing the system? With the new youngstes saving the day against Staff Utd i am not worried. I am all for youngsters in the team but when we have to have a back 2 including both Shackleton and Halme, we are really going to be under the cosh, maybe not against the likes of QPR or Bolton...

This is insane. I can't recall a team being hit this hard by the injury bug.

Gurj: Ayling back in 2-3 weeks; Berardi not due back until February.
Thanks John. We need Ayling back ASAP, didnt realise Berardi was still 7 or 8 weeks away :-(

Re: Cooper and Dallas out for 4-6 weeks

When are Ayling and Berardi due back, cant be long now ?

Forshaw at Right Back isnt what I would do tbh Leon but we may not have any other choice. Only other one I can think of is my favourite player Alioski :-(

Re: Cooper and Dallas out for 4-6 weeks

The Cooper news, whilst not good obviously, wasn't unexpected given how we all saw him limp off on Saturday but Dallas as well ?!

Who the hell is going to play right back now ?! Shackleton isn't really a full back so wouldn't advocate him.

Nightmare these injuries !

Re: Sheffield Utd v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Massive game this. Stern test and it cannot turn out like the last similar challenge we had, at West Brom. I hope Bielsa and the players have learnt the lessons from that day and we show we are made of sterner stuff this time.

Re: Leeds Utd v Reading Match Thread

Just wish we'd finish teams off. We are making such hard work against lesser teams concerned its going to bite us in the ass. Very pleased Bielsa did at half time what most people wanted, it does go to show he sees what most fans see. Thats refreshing to me, most managers seem to see totally differ...

Re: Leeds Utd v Reading Match Thread

Again, last night - rather than trying to seemingly want to walk the ball into the net to score every time how about a bit of shooting from longer range now and again. It doesn't have to be Arie Haan, Holland 1978 esque, but someone having a go from outside the box would be welcomed !! Agreed, even...

Re: Leeds Utd v Reading Match Thread

Difficult to assess these performances currently. Both Bristol and Reading last night have hardly threatened us and there is absolutely no doubt that we are far superior but we are making such hard work of these wins right at the moment. All boils down to the same issue that we have been mentioning ...

Re: Leeds Utd v Reading Match Thread

Bielsa loves Dallas, Alioski & Harrison, three of our weakest links imo! Spot on. If I had one criticism of Bielsa, it would be he's reliance on Alioski. Workrate alone seems to be ensuring he stays in the side. I really hope Bielsa realises soon, especially with teams like Norwich winning 6 on the...
