Re: The Leeds United Positive Thread

Hells bells, now this is truly a positive.....Anorak is back :-D How are you J ? Still banging the rocks together! The last couple of years have been stupidly busy for various reasons, I still pop in from time to time, but rarely have the time to post... In good health, still in gainful employment ...

Re: The Leeds United Positive Thread

If this, truly, is the 'positive' Leeds United thread, may I pop in to point out that, if we carry on like this, we'll have avoided relegation (50 points) before Christmas!

Re: Happy birthday barryanorak (53)

Thanks, chaps. I look in regularly, but rarely post. Things have been a bit difficult lately - my Father has been very ill and finally succumbed to his illness on saturday. One of his last conscious moments was to find out if we were still top of the league - a true fan to the end... Keep up the goo...

Funny thing but Harry hasn't got the Hewitt forehead - he has the Mountbatten forehead and narrow-spaced eyes. It's only the ginger hair but not the same hue, but people will think what they think. I like Her Maj - I think she's done a fantastic job of representing us over the years. I'd far rather...

Re: Derby v Leeds - Team/Reports/Ratings

Clive, I disagree. Not generally, but with your final point, Wiedwald did cost us a goal tonight - the second equaliser. A panicked header was undertaken, which led to the corner. The simpler option was for the keeper to just take the catch, but there was no communication, by the looks of things.

I'm okay.

Still working too much, have spent the year looking at options, but am not there yet...

Otherwise, good, thanks. Still at the gym three times a week, doing my cardio 8-) How's you and the missus?

Long time listener, not first time poster. Keep popping in every now and then for a look see. Amazed no-one has yet mentioned The Handmaid's Tale - harrowing, but remarkably topical. Put me down for:- Westworld Game of Thrones The Orville (on the basis of three episodes shown in 2017!) Stranger Thin...

This is the world we live in. The fire was still burning when attempts were being made to gain political capital out of this.

Disgraceful.

Until the facts are known, it is probably wise not to speculate too much...

But you can lose it...

Why limit it to just the three names, I'm fairly certain that my name is also not being considered for the job.

But I am open to the suggestion, I could do with a change of direction...
