Re: Leeds Utd v Nottingham Forest - Match Thread

Not sure what subs you could make. I wouldn't take Forshaw off, as KP is walking a tightrope at the moment, and Forshaw is the closest to another 10. Think someone needs to be closer to Bamford as there were a couple of occasions where he knocked it back/down, but no one was there to pick it up. Ba...

Re: Leeds Utd v Nottingham Forest - Match Thread

Pretty uneventful first half, we we’re the better side with no real chances, Bamford is quiet, Pablo a bit too deep to work more magic, still see a Leeds win. We look far less vulnerable at the back than last week

Our high crosses not working. Could do with getting to the byline and cutting back.
Agree, not much wrong with the balls in just nobody is attacking them with any purpose

Too many crosses, we don’t look threatening from them at all.

No penalty for me, but some refs would’ve given it. White looks like he can do the tough CB work too.

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 8th August) - Deadline Day deals as they happen

I did say it would be a quiet day Dezzy, apart from the keeper I did think we'd only bring in one outfielder. Imagine going into the season with just one recognised striker. Radz/Orta must have been confident they were going to land Nketiah at ER, thankfully we signed the player required, one with ...

Re: Facundo Colidio

Well not if the idea was to send him out on loan - we must see him as having potential but being behind our U23 lads in terms of readiness for the first team I would have thought him to be similar to Strujik we needed somebody like that for depth in the squad and meet Bielsas criteria, if not him w...

Re: Ryan Kent

I’ll always be thankful for Radz coming in and bringing the club to where it is now, we are in a great place, justifiably favorites for the title, and we have a really good squad, we’re just short in certain areas and have to use our u23s a quiet a bit, but we have invested massively in our youth se...

Re: Facundo Colidio

Ridiculous we couldn’t land one of the inter lads, Colidio we can do without but Nolan would’ve played a bit of first team throughout the season

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Thur 8th August) - Deadline Day deals as they happen

Nketiah does look like he could tear up this league, my brother is a Arsenal fan and felt he was worth a place in their squad for some game time. But I am disappointed today, this lad is a direct replacement for Roofe, what happened to the Ryan Nolan, Colidio, Kent? 2 out of 5 is poor, very naive, n...

Why leave all the deals until tomorrow ?

Haven't we learned any lessons ?
Naive from the club, looks like they’ll get all the buisness they want done, not enough players in though, same depth issues as last year I think

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 7th Aug) - All the latest transfer information as it happens

Tomorrow will be a hectic day at Elland Road, 5 potential deals just waiting for the go ahead, I feel what’s let us down before is the board trying to be too smart, chancing their arm a bit to get the best deal, let’s hope we’re they’ve learned from their mistakes, no reason 4/5 are completed
