Re: Leeds Utd v Wigan Athletic Match Thread - Unchanged Starting XI for Leeds, Berardi on the Bench

Next season should be about rebuilding, give the likes of Shack, Poveda, Struijk, Edmondson, Bogusz a chance. Sell Dallas, Bamford, Cooper, Kiko, Ayling, Roberts, Douglas and Forshaw. A clear out is needed.

Re: So who is to blame?

It's all well and good playing nice football, but ultimately we have failed two seasons in a row when in a wonderful position for promotion. Next season will be disastrous as we will have no team and no money and will be left with the same failures again.

Re: Bielsa's comments

How delusional can you be to think Poveda and Augustin can wait ten games before being given a chance? We need answers now. And don't get me started on Meslier. Excellent v Arsenal and not seen since. Casilla has been woeful since Cardiff.

You did SG

Not from me though, I defended Pontus to the hilt, class player whom we sold on the cheap.

Disgraceful how we sent him packing :x
And he will be in the PL next season and we won't.

Re: Bielsa's comments

So Big Kev & Poveda are not fit enough to play 20 or 30 minutes when we need to change things when we are crying out for something different But Tyler Roberts who has been out injured for three months is fit enough :? Some players have to play u23s before they return, yet the likes of Roberts, Ayli...

What's your point?

Im responding to those who think that more chances equate to more goals.
Why do we need to create clear cut chances to score when the opposition only need one shot to score?

Re: Bielsa's comments

What will he do to change that exactly? Pick the exact same team next game and then moan again when the same thing happens.

Re: So who is to blame?

By the way I said NOT enough creative minds. Mainly the striker but our system brings so many of our players into the last third who then lack either the guile or the skill to do anything but the obvious... How many CLEAR CUT chances today? How many clear cut chances do the opposition create? They ...

Where was the creativity today in the second half when it was needed?
Poveda was sat on the bench. Can't wait to see him playing u23s football!

Re: So who is to blame?

I just dont think that we are good enough. So many flaws in our set up. The reaction on here after Tuesday worried me, a narrow win against a really poor unadventurous Millwall side instilled this belief that we were going up. Millwall were awful on Tuesday and we got on like we had beaten Barcelon...

OR DONT SELL JANSSON!!!!!!!! :flog: :flog: :flog: :flog: :flog:
I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For two seasons we said needed that, but he arrogantly dismissed it. Now it's too late to do anything about it.

So who is to blame?

Can't blame Bielsa or it means you want Heck or Hock back.
Can't criticise the players as it hurts their feelings.
Can't criticise Radz because he isn't Bates or Cellino.

So who do we blame? :duno:

Re: Leeds Utd v Wigan Athletic Match Thread - Unchanged Starting XI for Leeds, Berardi on the Bench

Really really sick over this result,?and we have been here before, all the feel good factor off getting new players in this week has evaporated. This is a kick in the guts. Players need to react next week or we are doomed to another season in this league and Bielsa being gone. Don't want Bielsa nex...

There's no jeopardy. Regardless of how poor they perform, they get picked every week and they'll be given new contracts and massive pay rises for doing nothing.

Re: Leeds Utd v Wigan Athletic Match Thread - Unchanged Starting XI for Leeds, Berardi on the Bench

Beyond caring about these frauds anymore. And before anyone tells me I can't criticise Bielsa or Bamford, I can and I will. That arrogant prick shouldn't play for us again after covering his ears for scoring two tap ins that I could've scored, but he's still getting picked every week. JKA obviously ...

Re: The #LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 29th Jan) - Radrizzani subsidises £1m towards salaries each month as wage bill doubl

According to a Phil Hay podcast Leeds are paying 100% of income on club wages. EFL tv money and prize money is paltry, that means every transfer needs to make sense financially. I wonder how we have been doing in that area. Under Cellino it was only 60% and with pretty much the same team. Horrendou...
