People have so little perspective on all this, everything is the end of the world.

Life is rarely as binary as Leeds fans make out.

It's hard to suggest it hindered us in hindsight, but the teams that didn't play proper football (Cardiff etc) have benefitted from the drinks breaks a great deal.

I'm not entirely sure I understand why the TV companies lost money though, all games in the Prem and CH were completed and the BCD probably means they had more watching anyway. I'd imagine there was a boost in BTS and Sky subscriptions when football came back...The big losers here were the football...

to me we need, a left back, 2 centre backs and a striker.

Stick in the main with what we have and we will hold our own in the prem.
