As short term options go i think we could do a lot worse.

Prefer someone proven but scored a few in Serie A this season, big lad for his age, confident, mobile, sort of like Ekuban actually.

If we go for a centre-forward to go straight into the first team, we'd be better off with Quagliarella from Sampdoria. A selling club. He's scored twelve goals, and should be reasonably cheap.

Don't worry guys, I've tweeted Andrea, and told him if we can't have a reasonably expensive, centre-forward, experienced in our league, buy Quagliarella from Sampdoria. They're a selling club, and he would probably be reasonably priced.

Speculation in the tabloids today that Leeds are putting together a combined £7m bid to Aston Villa for Ross McCormack, who has been scoring goals for fun in the A league in Aus and Tommy Elphick, the central defender.
