They have surprisingly not put out the Colin signal

Director of Football Neil Dewsnip supported by first-team coach Kevin Nancekivell will take charge for the rest of the season.

It's incredible Victor Orta never tried this tbh.
They're heading back to League 1 I reckon. Only the fact they had a decent start is keeping them out of the relegation zone.

Watford and Hull both gave us lots of problems in our last two games.

Ipswich have to face both of them.

Hope They give Ipswich the same treatment.

I wonder if the new manager bounce will still be there by the time they host Leicester next Friday week.

They have winnable games away to Rotherham and home to QPR before facing Leicester. The fight for survival will still be on. They could even be on run by then and this could be a trickier game than many might have said before this change.

Jesus Christ Leicester

Incredibly a paragraph in an article says Leicester directors basically want a less harsh sanction because they were relegated unexpectedly

Absolute cheek of them

Seemingly they lengthened the accounting period from 12 to 13 months 'to fall in line with rest of the (thai) business'.
And two days before the end of the 13th month they sold James Maddison for £40 million.
So the 12 month loss was £129 million

The writing was on the wall when they spent £100m on a training ground. Even the likes of scum and Liverpool couldn't afford that. Had ideas well above their station.

After a bright start Waaaaaw form has struggled for Harris.

Lost to both Huddersfield and Rotherham (hopefully dragging Millwall back to League 1).

But Leicester don't have the best record at The Den

Since 2000

Won 5
Lost 5
Drawn 1.

So hopefully Millwall can get something

Southampton will only be three points behind us if they win their two games in hand although they are against Leicester and Preston.
If they win them both though, they are still in with an outside chance of top 2.

Not for me Chilli, I write them off for the automatic spots a while hack, they’ve too much to do for me.

Could be a force in the play offs though.

Very unlikely they will finish top 2 but if they beat Leicester it will give them impetus.
They will have to win all 6 of their remaining games to have any chance though.
Let's hope they're well out of it by the time they play us.

The EFL can't sanction Leicester this season for ffp violation despite Leicester knowing and admitting they were massively over ffp last season in the Premier League.

We should have just ignored it like they all did

Four games to go for the top three, and the only time any kick off at the same time is for the last set of fixtures.

Oh well - never mind. The Turkeys have realised that they voted for Christmas by mistake and are rescinding the rules so that they are only there for ignorable guidance and payment of some fee or other, representing pocket lint to Premiership teams mostly, will take care of any arising issue with ease.

The question then is - why bother? :flog:

Still like my 10,000 mettes race analogy I used much earlier in the season .. Leicester break early, Ipswich go with them. We get caught in the middle of the pack somewhere at the start and have to battle to get to the front of the chasing group

. After 3000 meters Ipswich ride on Leicester's shoulder we've broken away with Southampton as the chasers, 7/8 thousand metres in we've reeled in the leaders, Southampton lost a little ground but there's a chance of a second wind

All runners are getting leggy bit it might be Southampton have a sprinters chance from a bit further back ... 2 1/2 laps to go, all to race for
