Elvis Presley "Live In Las Vegas" may get me to the Premiership, but gonna have to go with The White Stripes "White Blood Cells"

I miscalculated the promoted/relegated issues from last season so a few changers are required. Also we need to play an extra match in League Two.

We now have in the respective leagues :

16 albums in League Two

Premiership

LA Woman
Bends

Crime Of The Century
Led Zeppelin 1
Whats Going On
Dark Side Of The Moon
Led Zeppelin III
The Trials Of Van Occupanther
Sgt Peppers
The Courage Of Others
Velvet Underground + Nico
Dummy
August And Everything After

Championship

Harvest Moon
Live At Leeds
Aerial
Beggars Banquet
Low
Small Faces
Exile On Main Street
Pet Sounds
Rumours
Horses
Surfer Rosa
Funeral
Whos Next
Forever Changes

League One

Whatever People Say I Am
Diamond Dogs

Ten
Never Mind The B*******
Look Sharp
Blood On The Tracks
Ocean Rain

Urban Hymns
Sketches Of Spain
Hunky Dory
Imagine
Exodus

League Two

()
The Division Bell
'Foxtrot' Genesis BB
"Something Else" Kinks Bob
'Paranoid' Black Sabbath Cat
'Separation Sunday' The Hold Steady Faaip
'Year of the Tiger' Myles Kennedy Gandi
'Good News For People Who Love Bad News' Modest Mouse Ges

'Juju' Siouxsie and the Banshees 1304
'The Raven' Stranglers Clacton White

In the time I've been reading the music threads/classic songs/albums etc on the site I think this is the first mention I've seen of 'the King'.............so had assumed not a particular favourite of those on here.

Not a particularly big fan but I've been mulling over a nomination for classic tracks for Suspicious Minds, which is great (especially the live version, which is probably 70's - so which decade 60's or 70's :duno: )

Haven't even compiled the fixture-list yet mate. Holiday & World Cup has taken much of my leisure time over the last few weeks

I have a few albums to listen to yet

There's a saying about remembering where you were when someone famous dies, Elvis is only 1 of only 2 I can remember where I was.

Fistral Beach, Newquay, it was. Came on the news on Radio 1.

Originally released in the 60's Cat

Believe it or not 'The Wonder Of You' is my favourite Presley song. Not a great fan of Elvis tbh

Agree, while not an avid fan as such, I enjoy some of his songs, and got to say he was one of the greatest live performers of all time, until he was ravaged by his addictions.

Also totally agree with Suspicious Minds live at Las Vegas 1970, "That's the way it is" tour. While the song its self is not one of my favorites, he totally kills it here, and the crowd are way way in to it.

Still got my skateboard, although less adventurous, and certainly not as agile. As long as your balance is sufficient to hold a full pint glass, your doing fine matey

Returning back from working as a 15 yr old painting a hanger at Brooklands for Air Hansen a private hire helicopter company. The summer of free helicopter rides and even did the through the hanger thing, back when Brooklands was basically derelict.
