Had the same thoughts, hopefully managed to plump for something with a chance of staying up but pretty high up on my fav album list. Might be a bit more adventurous when I get another choice.

I will switch gears a bit and nominate Imperial Bedroom by Elvis Costello and the Attractions
Echo those comments, added a few albums to my collection that I didn't have before......Elvis Costello will be another one

So The Old Road - played 13, Lost 14 ? That takes some doing. Was Hockaday in charge ?. My usual rubbish performance - 2 albums relegated, 2 albums eliminated (including my all time favourite). Is that why I am not offered the chance of another choice ?

Yes I only noticed my error this morning. Will amend later.

It's our turn to choose at the end of season 6 Gandi.

Always disappointing when your personal favourites don't fare too well.

You know the progressive rock band that should do better when it's your pick again

After giving it a good deal of thought, I'm going to let my heart rule my head and go with:

Red House Painters - Red House Painters I (Rollercoaster)

RHP released two eponymous albums. Nicknamed "Rollercoaster" and "Bridge". I'm going with the longer and better one (a classic IMHO). These are not official titles but refer to the sleeve pictures so, to listen seek out the one with the rollercoaster cover.

It's going to be either
Travelling Wilburys Volume 1 or
Graceland - Paul Simon or
Workingman's Dead - Grateful Dead or
Imagine - Lennon or
Rock Spectacle - Barenaked Ladies or
Blue - Joni Mitchell.

Some classic albums there Bob

Graceland, Imagine & Blue will attract plenty of votes I suspect
