The Scream by Siouxsie and the Banshees..

An album that I have not listened to since I bought it in 1978 by accident......

Well ahead of it's years, and very good listening to.

What have you listened to today?
 Bugger... got heartburn again :) ...

Everything and anything by Alter Bridge at the moment in prep for their new album and going to see them in November.
Majorly excited despite it being my fourth time of seeing them.

That seems to be the consensus, Ges. I like it, but it's certainly not as immediate as the first album. That said, it took me a while to get into the second one, and I think it's a great album.

That's true Nick, seem to remember us having a similar conversation when the second was released.
Still trying to talk my Bro in law to come to Manchester to see them.

Play him the youtube footage of them at the SXSW festival in Texas from a couple of years ago, excellent live

Today I have been listening to Join Hands by Siouxsie again....

Thank you for the idea Bert......
It seems to follow on nicely from The Scream....

I can hear a lot of Muse in there, maybe Bellamy got some of his inspiration from these 2 albums? :duno:
