Brilliant win for Wakey 64. Great result! :-D What a disappointment for the Rhino's though. Awful performance I thought. Not what I expected to be honest. I thought that Warrington would be there for the taking :(

Warrington found their form. Things didn't go right for the Rhinos on the day, we were penalised with the loss of a player due to an horrendous challenge in the first minute, the culprit was sin-binned for ten minutes when a straight sending off would have been more appropriate which mean't we had less interchanges. Warrington also had a try given which should have been chalked off, why it didn't go to the video-ref god only knows !

Rhinos will hit back

Agreed. I said in an earlier post when it happened that the Warrington player should have been given a red. It was one of the worst 'tackles' I've seen. Oh well, on to the next game

Warringtons Ben Westwood faces a ban of up to five games after being charged with a striking offence. Should be ten games!

referee bottled it , 1st min of the game , that was a straight red not a sin bin , he was back on 15mins later we lost Sutcliffe for the rest of the match with concussion , never liked westwood , it seems to me as well that the league come down harder on the rhinos than all the other teams ,
westwood = grade D offence (3 - 5 match ban )
ferres = grade E offence (6- 8 match ban )

westwoods offence was far more severe than ferres in my opinion.

The referee should receive a suspension for bottling it Bert

Shocking decision

Totally agree about the ref Bert. It was a horrendous challenge, one of the worst I've seen. It's a pity the ref doesn't have to come out and explain his very poor decision

the league hammer into the refs that the live matches have to come across as "EXCITING SUPER LEAGUE " to try and get more people switched to rugby , so to reduce a team in the 1st seconds of a live match would not look good for the next 80 mins no matter what the offence.

Brilliant win for the Rhinos. But not a great result for Wakey. To be honest, I didn't think they would get anything at Castleford, they seem to be unbeatable this season unfortunately.

Tbh Cas are hammering every team apart from their one point loss v Salford Swan, they are looking good to win the Super League this season.
Cracking win for the Rhinos trouncing the codheads :scarf1:

So pleased the codheads got stuffed. Went to the first game of the season Wakey v Codheads at Belle Vue and they cheated us out of a win. Not sour grapes but cheating full stop. In fact one of the hull players in interview afterwards admitted that it was wrong. Don't fully understand but something about their player standing in a position so the Wakefield player couldn't release the ball.....so wakey giving away a penalty? Happened twice. Cheating codheads!!!

Haven't posted here for a while, because Wakey have done a Leeds Utd. Lost their last three games....so disappointing to have to deal with along with my beloved whites. Was awful Saturday, I was watching Wakey lose in the last seconds and listening to Leeds United lose at the same time. Rhino's going well, so at least something to cheer about. Rhinos on telly this week...so at least something to look forward to....
