- but Monk has done so well. Even when he was being criticised for negative play he just stuck to his plan and the BHA game is just the continuation of that.
I really hope Radrizzani and company are proceeding with Monk's enhanced contract. We haven't heard a thing since Rad said it would be a priority and that worries me.

Like I said in another thread, where it was touched on about a lot of people saying we needed to ditch the 2 defensive midfielders formation at home, our form with the formation had been brilliant (25pts from the last 10 home matches). People are far too quick to panic and need to accept that we won't win every game and we won't play brilliant every game - the championship doesn't allow it and any team can beat any other team.

We will find it harder against teams that come to ER and park the bus. We aren't a team blessed with great creativity, we are a team built to counter attack with speed, and with full backs overlapping to create extra men. Leicester won the title last year playing a direct counter attacking style but have come unstuck this year as teams have not played into their hands - whilst now at the business end of the season teams need points and have to attack Leicester and as such fall into the trap.
