Hampshire on top especially if we can grab another 1/2 tonight

At close Yorkshire require one wicket to win by an innings

Excellent victory
18 wickets for Harrogate born 23yo Ben Coad in two County Championship matches so far

Excellent result. We seem to have unearthed another gem in Ben. Such Yorkshire talent. I was hoping the match would be on tv but Sky seem obsessed with the IPL1964white wrote:Yorks back on track after the shock defeat v Hants

Re: Cricket 2017
looks like Middlesex will get the draw...maybe should have played the leg spinner

Re: Cricket 2017
This squad looks stronger with Root, Bairstow, Rashid, Willey & Fisher to call upon for our return match v Hampshire tomorrow
Team news
New England Test captain Joe Root and batsman/wicket-keeper Jonny Bairstow return for the trip to Hampshire at the Ageas Bowl.
The England pair slot into an incredibly strong looking top six, alongside new overseas batsman Peter Handscomb, who will be looking to add to his slick 75 in the win against Warwickshire.
Leg spinner Adil Rashid retains his place in the squad for the second successive game, while Liam Plunkett (calf), Ryan Sidebottom (tight hamstring) and Jack Brooks (calf) remain sidelined with no date scheduled for a return as yet.
Yorkshire’s 13-man squad to face Hampshire County Cricket Club[/b[
Gary Ballance (Captain), Jonny Bairstow (Wicket-keeper), Tim Bresnan, Ben Coad, Matthew Fisher, Peter Handscomb, Alex Lees, Adam Lyth, Steven Patterson, Azeem Rafiq, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, David Willey.

Re: Cricket 2017
Hampshire missing Edwards, Rossouw and of course our captain George Bailey still away. Tom Alsop should start and there maybe a first cap for Reece Topley though he's just getting back from a year out so probably won't be up to speed for a few games. I'm hoping Mason Crane gets a run but still maybe too early n the year for our leggie prospect

Re: Cricket 2017
Nice to see two Counties standing up for the fans, wish Northants would say no to the new T20 format too!
Every game I predict a 3 - 1 Leeds win, I am traditional like that.
