Trouble at the Toon
Scary scenes after the game last night
Had either set of fans broke the line & the police horses had to charge it could have been carnage as we were cramped in the concourse like a herd of cattle

Scary stuff indeed and thankfully it passed and nobody was hurt. I suppose the outcome could have been much worse.
The fact such a large crowd was in attendance and a late kick off gave some the opportunity for too much gargle.
In such situations the police are needed for crowd control.

Plenty of police/horses presence, had it really kicked off there was nowhere to run, we were packed in like a tin of sardines

Problems near all the coaches opposite a pub too
Plenty of handbags stuff, almost like shadow-boxing
Funny thing was one small blonde lass was pushing this massive bloke away from a potential fight. There was one fan laid out in the middle of the road with an ambulance just arriving as our coach pull away from the scene
