Did well at Norwich but little else since, a lot of people wanted him at Leeds.... Overrated IMO!!

Only yesterday the papers were saying Norwich wanted him back, I'm glad he never came to Leeds but these clubs need to give managers time to get their players in and get the team playing their way, what would have happened if Massimo had sacked Monk in the early days?

Not sacked yet but on the brink according to the local media reports here in the West Midlands. It's down to the fact that the Chinese Owners want the sporting director to decide on new signings and Lambert wants to be the one choosing who comes in.
