Wednesday's Breakfast Debate

Post by 1964white »

Good Morning Everyone

Simon O'Rourke‏@simon_orourke
A bit of (late) news.. Hearing GFH were holding up the takeover deal because of the Elland Road plans. Interesting how much power they have.

It has been revealed that Leeds have a 20m budget in the Summer transfer window!!!

Fixture list revealed

thoughts?

BS is my guess.
Every game I predict a 3 - 1 Leeds win, I am traditional like that.

What was Bates words...."I will only sell Leeds United to a credible source

£20m could be decent especially if we acquire a £3 or 4 million for Taylor & a few bob for the deadwood

Fixtures have panned out pretty good for me. No real expensive long hauls during August/September as I'll miss Millwall (thankfully) & Cardiff as we are on holiday

A weekend in Norfolk in mind for the Norwich away at the end of April :-D

After saying we will only work within our means more than once, I just can't see it.

If we got 10m in (Kasper apparently has a 10% sell on) then perhaps.

I'm pretty certain, how quiet they kept the new manager appointment, they're not going to let it known how much the transfer budget is.

GFH are just a bunch of shysters, never ever believed a word Bates said, he would sell to the highest bidder regardless of who they were.

We could get of to a good start with those fixtures, get a few points chalked up and get the confidence going.
