What was that free-kick from Walker all about, ballooned it over the bar

How much did this overrated full-back cost ?

Same with Sterling, a pile of dirge

Rashford nearly catches the Slovenians out with a cheeky free-kick just on half-time

Slovenia not bad either - if Verbic could hit a barn door we'd be down too.

Got to keep an eye on Slovenia - they're pretty inventive.

England were lucky in the end Leon - Slovenia were no mugs and could have nicked one back in that injury time.

I thought Slovenia defended majestically. Their goalkeeper had what I call a silly game....a bit like the Polish (I tnink?) goalkeeper from years ago. (Some of you will remember  ) There are no easy games now...(unless you are Germany of course). We are going to the world cup finals, improvements need to be made but we are there....c'mon England....

Luckily for me I was out watching Jason Byrne at City Varieties so actual missed watching England play for the first time since 1990 but from comments by mates I’m glad I did

Just turned on

Kane's first-half penalty divides the two sides

Keane nearly puts through his own net

How are we playing ?
