Thanks Swan

Team effort from nine of us playing in three groups of three playing in a local league. I skip one of our teams. We started in the bottom league & have been champions three years running, we are now up to League E so the matches are going to be tougher the further we progress

What a show! Probably one of the best. The music was outstanding....how on earth does Dave Arch and his band and singers produce such brilliant sound. The Pet Shop Boys 'It's a Sin'.....What? How good was that along with songs by Kylie, Queen, Coldplay to name but a few. Forget the dancing, just listen to this lot.
On saying that, how good was Debbie, once again showing her elegance and class. The show? Great dancing, great make-up, great entertainment, well done the beeb.
Buzzing......

I was shocked when Molly & AJ were voted into the dance-off although I knew Simon's fate was sealed when he had to perform against those two  So pleased for Debbie, what a dancer !
I love the music too !

I'd loved to have done the make-up as I am a trained make-up artist specialising in blood & gore,
the costumes & make-up were superb :-D

When do you get the chance to use your make up skills Jill? Or do you do it full time. And how come specialising in blood and gore?

Whilst living in Sussex I did make-up for several theatre companies.

My claim to fame was working on a video shoot for Wayne Hussey's The Mission which was filmed on the Bluebell railway line

I did make-up for many Shakespeare plays plus worked on the show Joan Of Arc at the Hull Truck Theatre, this involved a lot of special effects (blood & gore) which I enjoy as it is more challenging than just the basic make-up

Unfortuanately I don't get the chance to do theatrical make-up these days, not many theatre companies in the local vicinity but I go dancing twice a week which is good fun

SCD was excellent last night. Debbie was amazing :clap2: I'll say no more !

If they get rid of the other finalists next week, then there will be no need for a final and it can finish early and we will all be happy..
