How can he show what he’s capable of doing when he gets 5mins here, 10mins there, he needs much more game time, either send him out on loan or let him have a run out with the under 23s. Get some match fitness and goals under his belt before he gets near the first team, otherwise the doubters will destroy him

That's a major concern Rat

Prior to game I was worried for Cibicki if he failed to live up to the performance he put in at Loftus Road. Playing in front of a 30k crowd can be daunting as a section of our fans can be unforgiving

Really can't understand the mentality of those who boo our players during a game

Some sections in the ground get so drunk prior to KO they don't know what they are cheering or booing or if they even understand football. I've had words with one or two over the years to lay off players.

There's certainly something there, trying too hard which is unsurprising for one getting too little game time. One for the future I'd say and maybe a loan spell somewhere at the bottom of the Championship?

Just for the U-23s crazy he hasn’t played more with them. Hopefully stay there awhile and build up match sharpeness

Pleased for him, he needs game time.

Still think he has been harshly treated by some fans, little glimpses of quality in his cameos and were he Malik Wilks or another academy lad people would have been praising him.

But because he is a new signing people expected an instant impact.

Lookes decent did The Grotinator.

Good player there imo, let him develop see how he does.

If he impresses let him and a few of the young lads have the last few games of the season. Nothing to lose.

Start them not 5 mins at the end.

Did well, don't think I've ever been so pleased for someone as i was when he scored.

Did good things as well as that, took people on, won some headers, he was a handful.

Best of our 3 strikers today. Well played Grotinator.

Stand by what I've said before.

His natural gifts are incredibly rare, 6ft3, built like a rugby player but with Ekuban,Sacko, Ali and Saiz he is one of our quickest players. Cant teach those.

Everything else, finishing, movement, link up play can be taught to an extent.

Patience is required but there is a talented player there imo.

Quite sad for the lad.

Section of our fanbase should hang there heads in shame.

As should PH and TC and Orta who put the lad in the position he was in.

Club should have done more to protect and help him and some of our noisy fans should have looked at it from his point of view.

Hope he scores a hatfull in Holland and comes back a stronger player and person.

The experience will do him good ultimately if he has anything about him, looked better than Lassoga at times.

Or perhaps what we need is better crosses....

Hopefully be a decent player for us sometime in the future. Look how long it took Martial to live up to his potential at MU and he presumably was a lot higher rated given his price tag.

Another Victor Orta success.

The Grotinator has gone permanently to some German club.
