Samu Saiz sold

Post by Cjay »

Latest new boy thread :-D

Dont have to defend this one :shirt:

Bit of a late bloomer our little Spaniard.

Pretty unspectacular record up until last season in Spains second tier, 27 in January, and he has been a revelation :luv:

Cant remember one player before who has consistently been THE standout performer every game, at least one of 3 anyway.

His control, pace, dribbling, goals and all round brilliance is offering hope to us all :scarf2:

All hail SAAAAIZZZZZZZZZZZ.

But Samu if your reading .. . STOP THE IMAGINARY CARD WAVING, YOUR FAR TO GOOD FOR THAT NONSENSE :whip: :yell:

Absolutely, one of our keys to the EPL if we're lucky.

 That's just made me cry and reminisce about just amazing we looked and how hopeful and optimistic I was after the opening 6 or 7 games of the campaign. Wish were as good as were back then. :(

Could watch this kid all day
Not your bog standard 6foot athletic robot
Craft skill dribbling in a 20 a side park game
That's what he reminds me of.
Mind you if he was a racing pigeon he'd be no good
At racing, but a good breeder me thinks
Hooever if lassoga was a racing pigeons I'd wring his neck

Why not fella, stay young & enjoy life. I have a few years on you, I'm amazed how some folk younger than me behave & look old before their time !

I had high hopes that Saiz could be our Adel Taarabt, number 10 wizard.
Alioski our Knockaert.

So far Samu has fulfilled those hopes.

Didn't realise he was 26....late developer or slipped the net he's certainly been standout for us this year.

He's one of those players that you shift to the edge of your seat when he gets the ball....always feel like something will happen, haven't had many (or is that any) like that in recent times.

Same feeling I had when Tony Yeboah was on the ball, always felt he would bust the net 8-)

So why, with him in the side, are we not winning games?

Also, if Citeh or scum made a 100 million quid bid for him, would he still be our player?

Because the others around him are generally on different slower planet. Saiz does need to be less greedy though but this trait is probably born out of sheer frustration as he has planted golden opportunities into Alioski, Lasogga & Vieira's paths in recent games & they have missed 80% of them.

Saiz will leave Leeds for between £10m & £15m next summer if we are still plodding away in the championship
