From BBC
Goal!
Posted at
90'
Goal! Queens Park Rangers 1, Leeds United 2. Pawel Wszolek (Queens Park Rangers) right footed shot from outside the box to the centre of the goal following a corner.
I guess that doesn't sum it up very well

FT - 3-1 Great result stuttering performance though must have been much better those 20 minutes I missed

3-1.

!st half was awful.

2nd half was better, but another individual error cost us a goal. In fairness soon after he did well to come out block and smother when QPR were through.

On Sky they said their goal was very strange. Sounds like Weidweld was a bit unlucky, with nothing he could do about it.

For someone who is criticised for not scoring enough goals... I make that 9 goals in 10 appearances in all competitions for Leeds this season and 6 in 9 in the league

Brilliant second half, real intensity the full 45, best half we’ve had this season for me. All nearly undone by a Sunday football clanger from The Cat, truly shocking goalkeeping at any level.
Roofe outstanding today, real coming of age type performance, he looked every penny of £3m today and probably a fair bit on top. Vieira and Phillips immense again, they are turning in to a real MF powerhouse. Pontus and Cooper solid, Berardi effective and disciplined.....Ayling on the other hand continues to cause us more problems than most opposition attackers.

I was pleased for Pavel. He put in a great cross for Roofe's goal.
Good first touch controls the ball, does not dither and dance
around wondering what to do, but whips it in with pace like a
good winger should and the way Roofe attacked the ball the goalkeeper
hadn't a chance in hell of getting to it. Class goal the best of the three.

Did you see that while Roofe is in there celebrating alone with the crowd
Saiz and many other players ran to Pavel to congratulate him. Just what the boy
needs. We may have a winger on our hands. I hope so.

Saiz was a bit wasteful with his passing but he got better in the 2nd half
and was very unselfish to set up Roofes 3 rd

Weidwald 4 - Sorry not seeing a competent keeper here let alone a championship quality one
Ayling 6 - Better but still goes missing
Beradi - 9 - outstanding
Cooper - 7 - Usual from Coop
Jansson - 8 - Solid
Alioski - 6 - Not his best game but missed his cross for the goal
Saiz - 6 - Poor all the time I saw him, profligate with possession, so much wasted
Vierra - 9 - Our best player since he got his place back by a mile
Phillips - 6 - off pace for me today, late to tackles and unless he redeemed himself in that missing 20 a 6 is more than fair
Roofe - 8 - Did well today, always puts in a shift and I'm really pleased he put the doubters to shame. Missed the 2 first goals so can't score him for that hence the 8
Ekuban - 6 - Started ok, then injured early. Hopefully not serious and he's back soon

Cibicki - 7- Would love to have seen more of the game but probably our most skillful player today. He may have better vision than Saiz
O'Kane - 5 -
Somebody else - 6 - Don't care

Vierra MOTM
