Good lass

60s

My Guy - Mary Wells
I Heard it through the Grapevine - Marvin Gaye

becchio bear wrote:70s

Dreams - Fleetwood Mac
Livin Thing - ELO
Black Night - Deep Purple (I need 3, can't pick between these)

You'll have another opportunity to choose songs next time, so I'll take your first two songs for this comp

becchio bear wrote:80s

New Year's Day - U2
Careless Whisper - George Michael

90s

Don't Speak - No Doubt
Smells like Teen Spirit - Nirvana

2000s

Mardy Bum - Arctic Monkeys
Processed Beats - Kasabian

I'll have probably changed my mind by the time I post this

Some great songs :-D

Gandalf wrote:Sorry, just spotted this. It's good, in fact their last two albums have been good. Looks like they are nearing the end though. Gillan's voice is fine when recorded, but is failing when playing live (He is 72 now though), and Steve Morse is suffering from acute arthritis in his right hand and may have to stop playing guitar. Don Airey is excellent on keyboards replacing the late Jon Lord, and Paice is still Paice - no difference whatsover.

In Rock was one of my first LP purchases as I had just started work, could only afford to buy 45rpm's

Why does it feel like play school in here atm with all the overly obvious emojis? I'm going to grow to hate that question mark real quick

Liggys been on distant shores for years , some might say on another planet !

He took our six grand children conker picking and ended stranded 20 foot up a horse chest nut tree !

He's 54 for crying out loud !

He's as mad as a March hare but has a heart of gold.
