Gaye is one of my favourite artists of all-time. Once again I haven't posted many of his songs in these polls as soul doesn't down well in our polls generally

If you love that rendition by Marvin, have a listen to one of his lesser known albums 'Romantically Yours' where the great man sings some old crooner classics such :

More
Why Did I Choose You?
Maria
The Shadow of Your Smile
Fly Me to the Moon (In Other Words)
I Won't Cry Anymore
Stranger In My Life

and more.......
Not one of my usual genres so I know when I like a song like that it must be a real belter.

Saw them at a festival, a few years back and was impressed, especially as I knew only a few songs, always meant to give them a few plays, perhaps now is the time. Mind I still have a few to play for the league polls yet.

Sorry mate, it's the way the draw panned out, I did think at the time 'oh heck' when I saw those Zepp draws

I would say at least half of those twenty matches are a tough call for me

Sorry mate, it's the way the draw panned out, I did think at the time 'oh heck' when I saw those Zepp draws

I would say at least half of those twenty matches are a tough call for me

Sods law mate.

70's

Lindisfarne 'Lady Eleanor' Hector 1-5 Billy Joel 'Piano Man' Cat

80's

Korgis 'Everybody´s Gotta Learn Sometime' Azkal 0-6 Blondie 'Call Me' BB

Looking likely two of the greatest songs from the 70's & 80's are going out of the quarter-finals
