Was really surprised this great song struggled to win through in the first part of round 15,

One of my all-time favourites songs, the Americans called it right being a big hit in the states, bearly making an impact in the UK chart. I rushed out & bought the single as soon I heard it on the radio in the early 70's. Still sounds as fresh today nearly 50 years later




This sounds so R.E.M -ish :love: from one of the great albums of the noughties

Tbh I'd never heard the song until it was nominated in here and after hearing it I'm suprised it got any votes at all an awful song not surprised it didn't do v well in the uk
