Irresponsible doesn't go near describing this woman, she had been ordered to have it destroyed after a previous attack but chose to ignore the order. Once again it's a case of the poor dog suffering due to how their owners choose to treat them. Any dog/ animal can be aggressive but looked after well and treated like another child makes them integrate and act in a placid manner.
