The players care about the team just as much if not more than the fans because their careers depend on it. I never have the argument that players don't care or show enough effort. They are more successful and have tried harder than any of us forum posters. They have made professional careers in the most unlikely circumstances as most little lads want to be a pro when they are older. Its easy to go to the pub with your mates on a Saturday and watch football for entertainment, its impossible to become professional footballers without giving 100% every day.

Do they lack quality? Yes
Can they dip in and out of form? Yes
Do they care about Leeds United and their own career? absolutely.
