Re: Adam Forshaw
old news lets move on
Re: Adam Forshaw
Got to give him some time to settle - can't expect an error free start.
Best of luck young man, at least you're getting a start and the chance to show your mettle.
I still wish TC had given Klich a run but it looks like he could become one of those sold on only to come back and haunt us!

Our new signing is worth a thread of his own Woodywoodfordwhites wrote:old news lets move on

£3m upfront rest is add ons, feel a bit better.
Picked the number 4 shirt, confident lad
Welcome to the best club in the world, Tc wont punch you if you dont "hoof it forward". "smack him" "think of excuses" etc etc, like Monk and Pulis would have.
We play the BEAUTIFUL game

Personally what I have seen of Klich I seem to be one of few on here who doesn't rate him that highlyNorm wrote:I still wish TC had given Klich a run but it looks like he could become one of those sold on only to come back and haunt us!

Re: Adam Forshaw
Great news, it puts down a marker that we aren’t here to make the numbers up, push for a quality striker now and keep in and around the play offs in February and with Samu back we can go play offs as a minimum

Most expensive since Fowler according to one report, thought we had paid around that to make Pontus move permanent as well?
Re: Adam Forshaw
Think Pontus was more upfront but with add ons ForSure could be more.NorfolkWhite wrote:[/b]

I really hope he does well because our fans can be an impatient bunch

Certainly does for that sort of cash, was surprised when they released the fee how much it was.Cjay wrote:Think Pontus was more upfront but with add ons ForSure could be more.

Re: Adam Forshaw
I'm in the same boat. From what little I have seen of him he looks tidy enough but just kind off looks slow, not really suited for the championship. Technically decent but not the type of player needed in our system where you have to be a bit busier, give and receive and keep moving.1964white wrote:Personally what I have seen of Klich I seem to be one of few on here who doesn't rate him that highly
Re: Adam Forshaw
I can't defend the indefensible and I'm not going to try to change anyone's opinion because that's an even bigger waste of time, but I'm not sure we can mention 'Klich' and 'Championship' in the same sentence, since he only ever got one Championship start - at Cardiff - and was never given a run like O'Kane was. Yes he did make 2 errors at Cardiff and was subbed, but was never given a chance to redeem himself and show his true worth, allegedly as a box-to-box CM.weasel wrote:

Until 20171125 he had 110 minutes total in Championship games, including Cardiff.
It's probably all about the tweet!

Anyway this is a Forshaw thread and I didn't mean to hijack it - apologies.

Re: Adam Forshaw
Perfectly valid points Norm, think we have him on a long contract so he's here for the duration as I doubt we'll get what we paid for him at the moment. Hopefully one for next season. The championship is one of the hardest to acclimatize to and he's had zero opportunies to do so.
He does also have the stats in his favour if you like that sort of thing.

So who's sitting on the bench once everyone is fit...My guess would be Vierra

Just seems like Kalvin is TC's pet project .lufc1304 wrote:Madness if so, should be one of the first names on the team sheet
