another convincing win for the u18s and some lovely football to.

Lovely finishes for the 4th and 5th goals from Alfie McCalmont and Bobby Kamwa. . . Kuns was nice to, and his assist for the 1st, cant decide if he is right or left footed.

Good to see so many players get on the score sheet.

Hope they are being looked after properly. MOT

Excellent stuff - really does seem very promising from the U18s and U23s at the moment. Would be great if a few of them were not only good enough in the future to be first team players but were good enough to improve the first team.

Actually think a combination of the u23s and u18s would beat our 1st team in its current state.

There far more confident, they are both in great form, they have more height, more pace, better movement, slicker passing.

Oriol Rey looks calmer on the ball then anyone in the 1st teams midfield atm.
Jack Clarke is a box of tricks and would definitely give Berardi a hard time at right back.
Bobby Kamwa is deceptively strong and skillful.
Aapo Halme, Hugo Diaz, Pascal Struijk, Ryan Edmondson and Sam Dalby are all 6ft plus.
Kun Temenzhukov looks very skillful and intelligent.

Both sides well coached and well drilled.

Sad to say but if you put them on a pitch with the 1st team i think the 1st team is in trouble.

You say all that but they probably haven't played against the tactics of hoof the ball hard, play aimless passes and focus on winning the ball back from the opposition. They would really be up against it too if they didn't take one of the several chances they got to score before the Leeds 1st team had a chance.

Good point.

Rey probably isnt used to his midfield opponent giving him back the ball.

The youth teams wouldn't know how to react to constant shouts of "ger stuck in" from Hecky.

It would put them off there game.
