Ticket Prices

Post by Cjay »

£42 on the day for Bristol City fans and £35 for those got in advance.

That takes the piss.

Is that how much it usually is?

I can go watch Barcelona for £35.

Obviously have to get there but even so.

Our ticket pricing needs changing, can't expect away fans to pay that to see some crappy Championship football.

That seems really high to me.

Away fans can watch premiership matches for £25 in comfortable stadiums unlike ER with our dilapidated West Stand & the poor leg-room in much of our ground

Another important grudge amongst our fanbase the board haven't remedied.

Too much concentration on the bl**dy badge, ladies football team & this so-called five year plan

To be fair, away teams usually come away with a win, so it's not bad value.

Surely lower the prices on matchday, quite a way from London, we want to sell more tickets shirley?

Better to sell 2k at £30 then 500 600 at £40

Surely Shirley's not going to be happy either - will probably harrumph as she looks over her pince-nez at the ticket clerk.
i don't know where Radz gets his advice - he doesn't seem greedy in general but I'm at a loss over this.
