Do we bring back Alioski who has a great understanding with Saiz?
Do we bench Saiz for Derby?
Do we bench Pablo?

Start with Saiz on the bench but remind him what he owes the club, the fans and his team mates before he goes on, he should be highly motivated and hopefully raring to go
