Hanne Wolfe or the two teams he has managed is in the mid 40's % wise.
Klopp is German and doing well at Liverpool, Wider is German and did a great job with Huddersfield
And the Germans always beat the English in a penalty shootout, so perhaps that German mentality
of discipline and downright hard work is something that Leeds would need.

Personally I think we should have stuck with TC since his %win with leeds was 42.9
why on earth did we sack him?
Leeds United 35 15 6 14 42.9 15 Jun 2017 - 4 Feb 2018
Apoel Nicosia 52 31 10 11 59.6 1 Jun 2016 - 31 May 2017
AEK Larnaca 68 40 14 14 58.8 1 Jun 2014 - 29 Apr 2016
TOTAL 155 86 30 39 55.5

Whereas WhatTheHeck has only a 20% win rate, which makes him a rocking horse at the Epsom Derby.
Radz couldn't wait to get rid of him. Dare I say it, but is there a hint of xenophobia about it all? English managers tend to be given far longer chances than foreign ones do and are celebrated for doing nothing.

For example, both Rowett and Johnson are raved over as great managers. Rowett 39.6% at Birmingham and 42.6% at Derby, Johnson 40.3% at Bristol City, both worse than TC.

No doubt about it, if TC was English, he'd still be in a job.
