Not got shorts on yet 64. Will walk houndie in a mo, then watch a recording of the Royal wedding. Don't like gardenening, so will get stuck into Rugby league Magic Weekend....Wakey playing at 3.00, Leeds playing tomorrow. Enjoy your day with Jill Leon, sounds idyllic
I'll try take in some of the Magic Weekend
Love my garden but gardening is not my scene. Jill is the expert
Picking my gee-gees out atm, hopefully I'll make the right choices

Whether you remember things from your childhood through rose-tinted spectacles..................but, FA Cup Final day was always a cracking day weather wise.
Always one of the best days of my childhood Cat
Shame so many traditional things in life have gone to pot
Just spent over a fortnight in Florida, with shorts and t-shirt on every day, and I came back as brown as a nut, apart from my legs which are pure white. Always been so, so the shorts are consigned to the wardrobe until the next hot foreign holiday, when I can once again embarrass our nation.

Developing a nice golden tan on my pegs in anticipation of our Cornish holiday, some would call it rust
I'll have you know, I swore an oath of alliegience to HM the Queen, and still stand by it, and Princess Anne was my colonel in chief, so nowt wrong with her.. the rest can all do one........

I thought you may have done Hector being an ex-soldier
Both William & Harry are soldiers & also do considerable charitable work
The inverse of the thread question would be to have shorts off, as opposed to having long pants on, but I'll let that go seeing as I do have my shorts on and am thus decently attired.
The temperature over here has been in the nineties this last week, and today is forecast to be 87F (31C, 546R, 304K - take your pick) so I think it's likely to be 'shorts on' mode now until Fall/Autumn.

Yer but.... they are both muppets... one a slap head before his time and the other a ginger...........
One is married to a trollop who got her norks out and then whinged that the press had photographed them...
the other has just married a trollop who lies for a living....
hmmmm the future of the monarchy is safe...
So you would side with a sneaky snooping reporter rather than Kate. Everybody deserves their privacy no matter who they are Hector !
Nice Norm..... That is my sort of weather, except if I have to work or build anything......
tbh Hector anything above 80/85 is uncomfortable, especially if you have the humidity with it, which we tend to have.
Oh well, time for a walk - I can't get the FA Cup as Fox have bloody hijacked it, so white cotton hat on, bandana to mop and a couple of miles before it gets too hot.
