Good Morning Everyone

Phil Hay is reporting that Leeds are overhauling thir wage system this Summer.

The wage structure will shift this summer. Club are definitely open to paying more for individual players. That's not to say they'll get Hernandez but they want him.

It means players will no longer be limited by restrictions of £15,000 a week.

Surely a step forward?

It looks like Abel Hernandez has overtaken Jerry Mbakogu as their first Summer target.

Its like there's a little voice going off in Messrs Orta and Radrizzani's ears saying 'we don't want Serie B crap'.

The Uruguay international is out of contact at Hull. It will be nice to get one over on our neighbours?

Surely this is something to get excited about?

Who was Leeds best keeper of all time?

Martyn

Harvey

Sprake

Lukic

Robinson

Put them in order - best first...

It is if we do make the right signings

Have we learned our lesson then ? we'll soon know....
Hopefully after the World Cup, Wimbledon & Royal Ascot everything will be hunky-dory

G'day EB

Good news about the shift in wage structure. Have a total wage bill limit if you want, but not individual wage limits.

Martyn is the best of the three keepers (himself, Lukic and Robinson) who we've had since I started supporting Leeds.

Afternoon Leon. I used to love Lukic. I think his error v Rangers when 'he saw the light' blighted his career.

Afternoon Harry

We were spoilt with having Martyn and Robbo on the bench....

Andy Yiadom set to end talk of Leeds move by joining Reading!!!

We don't need another right back. We've got two very good players in that position already.

Yiadom probably realises he could struggle to gain a regular first team place as we have Ayling, Berardi & Coyle all vying for the RB spot

The way Ayling played v QPR he'd have no chance of making our First XI

Lukic wasn't one of my favourite Leeds keepers

Harvey was an underrated keeper

But for his calamity blunders Sprake was magnificent on his day

Both have to be in my top three as they played a huge part in the great Revie-era. Goalies had to be tough in those days !

One of the few stand out performances of last season. Ayling was immense, incredible when one considers how long he had been out with a serious injury, he made the rest of the team look pedestrian which has been par for the course for much of the season

Great shout Danhirons. Its such a waste us having both Coyle and Ayling for the same position. I reckon Coyle is going to have a great future ahead of him.

Captain Ayling or Bartley if he comes to us.

Imagine.........

Hernandez and Bartley sign with us

Coyle steps up to the plate.

More youth players make the grade and are promoted to the first team.

Suddenly things don't look that bad for us!!!

I think Ayling plays without fear.

Most of our players are quite robotic is what they do.

I think he is. Also, TC must have thought he was captain material as he made him VC.
