Up until last season, I dodged any issue with our big kiwi by referring to him as 'plank'.Worked well, I thought

He got the last laugh though didn't he Nick - from plank to successful Premiership striker, and boy do we miss him.

He did, Norm, and I ate several slices of humble pie! Just shows what a conditioning and striking coach can do, Beattie and the back room staff deserve a lot of credit for the big man's turnaround.

That backroom team monk had was magic, really got the best out of players, build a solid backroom team around Heck, if he is to stay and get the most out of the squad

That was very polite of you, I can assure you that when I 'yelled at him' I didn't use the word 'goodness'

I think it was very disrespectful of him. Okay Woods is more common, so I can understand him getting it wrong at first, but after a while there was no excuse.

Stop creeping Matt, I'm only in the whipping line because I laughed at your comment about the young lady :whip:

Only time I got the cane at school was when I was in a line of eight boys being reprimanded by my favourite lady teacher, some kid farted & we all fell about laughing :rol:

Several have misspelled Berardi & Vieira since they first played for Leeds

Beradi often seems to lose an 'R' & is spelt BERARDI

Viera often seems to lose an 'I' & is spelt VIEIRA

Happens so often I keep googling their names to see if I've got them wrong myself :chair:
