I'm confused. How do I play this game. What am I supposed to do???

Crikey, I only knew the Stereophonics and Clash ones before Mr Google helped me 64 !! (Although I suspected that ZZ Top probably would come up trumps for Peru, as I think they've referenced most of Central/South America over the years)
