Calm as cucumber mate, it was never coming home contrary to what our ladies thought although Mrs 64 knew the score

I think I said that England would get as far as the semi's....although when they did get there I wanted to be optimistic (as usually I am one of the most pessimistic around when it comes to Leeds United and England) :)

This could become a rout unless England get a grip.

Fair enough and you're probably right. But all of the best players miss chances - look at how many penalties Messi has missed
Not taking sides here Dan - everybody's entitled to their opinion, but I thought you may like to look at a slightly different perspective from an ESPN writer who posited the viewpoint that neither Kane nor Lukaku have scored from open play like some of the previous Golden Boot winners. All opinion of course but he has a point.

2nd half - Hazard is some player - as good as Messi at dribbling imo. England looking a little better after subs but Stones yc deserved.

Brilliant, probably the most consistent player of the tournament, Hazard excites me more than Messi tbh

Chelsea's new manager will be desperate to keep hold of him at Stamford Bridge

Loftus-Cheek impresses me . Thank goodness my first comment after Belgium's goal was incorrect.

In fairness England looking much better this late 2nd half but a cracking save from Pickford from a breakaway.
