The LUFC Breakfast Debate (Wed 4 July)
Good Morning Everyone
Ideguchi has been promoted to the main core first team group.
The Japanese Midfielder has been impressing the gaffer during training.
Leeds have been lnked with Bristol City's Joe Bryan.
The Robins use the versatile 24 year old as an attacking left back though he can play anywhere down the left hand side. He has also attracted the attention of Boro and Burnley.
A report from the Yorkshire Evening Post claims that Leeds are keeping tabs on Abel Hernandez incase the Vyrda deal does not come off.
The source claims that Leeds are playing a dangerous game by keeping the former Hull City man dangling.
Leeds have had an initial offer rejected for Baghdad Bounedjah by his club Al Sadd.
The Algerian forward is currently plying his trade in the Stars League and has scored 48 goals in 38 appearances.
At least we are not going after Serie B fodder!!!
Lastly, and slightly off topic, was it a penalty to England last night?

May come good Ideguchi, thought Japan played well, if he was good enough to get in there squad (until we messed it up) then could have a decent player.
We wont be getting Joe Bryan unfortunately imo
Linked to some Portuguese Left Back today.
Looks to be off to Russia Abel, not to bothered, very talented player but far to injury prone and expensive.
Never heard of him lol, dont know what the standard is like over there, although Leo Bonatini had a pretty average record in the same league and he did ok, so you never know!!!

Leeds United sign full-back Leif Davis, 18, from League Two side Morecambe.
Davis joins for an undisclosed fee and has signed a three year contract at Elland Road until the summer of 2021. He joins the U23s squad.

Happy that he's looming at all the players and giving them a chance, could be like having a couple of new signings
